Tolle Wohnung, geräumig mit Ausweichmöglichkeit, da mehrere Schlafmöglichkeiten und zwei Toiletten. Sonnenterrasse. Für Konzertgänger: fußnah zur Arena und nah in die Innenstadt, ebenso zum Parkhaus. Preis-Leistung super! Nur Treppen sollte man einplanen

"Perfekt für einen Städtetrip, auch für mehrere Tage"

Sehr geräumig, super Lage, alles im Zentrum gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Balkon ist ein Traum. Es ist eine richtige Wohnung, komplett eingerichtet und gemütlich. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Alles vorhanden, die Lage ist perfekt, es ist ruhig. Uns gefiel die vorhandene zweite Toilette. Die Küche ist absolut voll ausgestattet mit allen Elektrogeräten.

Parkplatzsituation wie in allen Großstädten etwas beschwerlich. 80 Treppen zur Wohnung ohne Fahrstuhl erfordern Mobilität.

The apartment was great, and I really liked the quiet location, perfectly situated between the city center and a large park. The apartment was clean, spacious, warm, and bright. Everything was excellent, no issues at all.

If you’re traveling by car, make sure to plan parking in advance, as there is no designated parking space. Also, there is no elevator in the building, so carrying luggage upstairs can be a bit inconvenient.

Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Uns hat es wieder sehr gut gefallen. Kommen bestimmt wieder.

Die Matratzen sind uns etwas zu weich. Aber da ist es schwierig, jeden zufrieden zu stellen. Man kann aber trotzdem sehr gut schlafen. Ist auch schön ruhig.

"Entspannter Aufenthalt und toller Vermieter"

Sehr gut gelegen, ÖV direkt um die Ecke, gut ausgestattet, bequem. Alles da, was man braucht. Vermieter sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.

Parkmöglichkeiten sind leider sehr eingeschränkt, selbst nur zum Ausladen ist das Finden einer Parkmöglichkeit schwierig.
