The host waited for us in front of the building and explained everything we wanted to know. The apartment was beautiful, with high ceilings, clean, and very comfortable. We had coffee and tea if we wanted to make some. It is located very close to the train and maybe a 15-minute slow walk from the center of the town in a very nice and safe part of the city. There is also plenty of parking space. Leaving the key was easy, as well as communication with the owner who was responding to all our emails immediately, or within a few minutes. Great place, you will not regret it if you stay there. Fe felt good and taken care of. Hospitality - level pro!

10 min walk to centre, good variety of restaurants nearby, apartment was quiet despite being on main road and on street parking was free and easy

It was extremely clean, very spacious and in a nice location. The owner very friendly and quick. Also there is a great concept for the mini bar… ☺️

The apartment is fine but pretty bad experience with the host (check the screenshots)

Unfortunately our experience in the apartment at the end is negative. I brang one more children into the apartment. I never tried to hide him. I knew I was meeting the host to receive the keys. He charged me 20 euros extra per night for the kid. I paid it. That night I realized that the host overcharged us. The price for one extra person in this apartment for two nights is only 19€. It has nothing to do with the dates. I confirmed that on booking. I sent him a message to ask him why he charged me 40€. This kid didn't use a new room or a second bed. Zeljko basically charged that for a second towel. He told me those were the rules and that I was a liar. (Pictures of the hole conversation added). He accused me to try to get the children without paying. Which is already very insulting (proof in the conversation). Zeljko simply charged me whatever he wanted for the extra kid. I would never stay there again. Plus one of the "bedrooms" is not a room. Is just a leaving with a bed. He also wanted the money in cash or PayPal. He was very upset when I sent the money per IBAN.

Perfect location, comfy beds, very well equipped kitchen…we liked everything in the property, including the host who was available 24h in his words.

Very nice apartment close to the city centre.
