Jól felszerelt, kényelmes, csodás kilátással a tengerre

Das Appartement war sehr groß und geräumig. Leider schlechte Matratzen... Diese sollten zwingend erneuert werden. Gut ausgestattete Küche aber Pfannen sind ein Witz 🤣 Schrank war defekt, wurde gemeldet aber die ganze Woche keine Reaktion... Man brauchte seine ganze körperliche Kraft um die Schiebetür überhaupt bewegen zu können 😁 Appartement war riesig, sehr schöner Blick aufs Meer ☺️ gute Lage, man ist in 5 Minuten am Strand... Supermarkt gleich in der Nähe. Der Pool ist klein aber optimal zum abkühlen. Icici ist ein kleiner Ort, leider abends nicht viel los..es gibt zwar am Strand ein paar Bars, diese laden aber nicht wirklich zum sitzen ein...alte Plastik Stühle und Personal etwas unfreundlich... Opatija 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt..hier gibt es an Essensmöglichkeiten alles was man will.. In Icici ist das Bistro Venezia zu empfehlen 👌🏼 Man hat keinen Kontakt zum Vermieter aber per WhatsApp ist jemand erreichbar.

La literie moyennement confortable, il y avait un gros trou dans le matelas. Dans le salon, pour le lits, ce serait mieux un clic clac.

Love staying here! This is the 3rd time I have visited the Rona apartments in the last 10 years & it is my favourite place to stay in the Icici / Opatija area. Would always return here if available. The apartment is very modern, has its own dedicated parking space in front of the building & is a 5 min walk from Icici beach. Our apartment was on the 1st floor & had a sea view. A supermarket w ATM is also nearby. The addition of the pool is an advantage although I didn't use it during my stay. The walkway from Icici to Opatija or towards Ika in the other direction is very nice if you want to avoid taking the car.

Finding the accommodation the first time is a bit tricky but follow google maps "Rona apartments Vila Erea" & you should be fine. Don't let this put you off.

The apartment has a beautiful view from the balcony and is in a great location. The beach, marina, and grocery store are all nearby, which was very convenient. The kitchen is well-equipped, which is great for anyone who wants to cook during their stay. The host was flexible and responded quickly to our messages.

The bed was not a real double bed, but two single mattresses pushed together, which was a bit uncomfortable. There was no hairdryer.

Extremely comfortable for 3 people, nice and modern design, good location near the beach and Icici marina. Great view from balcony. Digital entrance key saves the need to carry a physical key.

While the apartment is having a modern design, some pieces of furniture are of cheap material and not working properly.
