I have been trying to get a refund, the lady sent that the keys were not left..I booked somewhere and asked her how do we move forward and they never responded. I did not stay in that property so my money went down the drain..no communication or refund or a way forward..was very disappointed

The lady called that we can't have keys without paying the breakage money, told her we on the road already we will do when we get there and she said she is not leaving the keys, which I somehow understood but then I asked her how do we go about it then fr Saturday which she ignored my messages

friendly host, close to the beach , spacious apartment with a view

limited tv channels. This was a weekend with big games and watching the games at the apartment would've been best
