The most important thing is cleanliness! I don't know how old the house is, but inside everything is like new. We needed this particular area, but we went to the center across the river twice in three days. Twenty minutes at a leisurely pace. There is everything, or almost everything. Toilet paper, kitchen napkins, washing machine capsules, etc. there was even a basket of apples. The kitchen has a variety of pots and pans, utensils... It is very rare to come across such apartments in which it is pleasant to live.

"Amazing house, just 5 min away from center!"

The house was like brand new, everything was spotless clean. Really enjoyed the backyard. Very close to city center. Definitely will stay here again if we pass by Maribor.
