The owner take our money and didn't let us stay. Didn't answer phonecalls and not responding..this is a tool scam.beware of this place..

Netflix on TV was worth it. Fridge and microwave works well to compensate electric stove malfunction. Laundry service was free as compensation for power outage.

We came at the wrong time. Elevator didn't work when we arrived. Noone helped us bring our luggage up to the fourth floor, so we did it ourselves. Our unit is the only one that lost power on our first day at around 11pm. It took 12hrs before they fixed it. It was hot and we could not sleep properly. Our baby got sick in the process. The power outage/surge made the electric kettle malfunction, so we were not able to cook food. I asked the caretaker to look over it, but said she was on vacation and another person would come by, but didn't come at all. So had to order outside food or purchase microwaveables. The sink constantly gets clogged. The shower doesnt work due to low pressure so we had to shower with cold water, or heated water using the rice cooker since the water heat kettle didnt work as well. I suggest to please inspect all equipment before guest usage. My first visit was wonderful. But, this second visit, we were properly taken care of. I hope this review will shed some light to future improvements. Unfortunately, this will be my last choice if I ever plan to visit relatives in Bulacan again.

The owner and the caretaker are very nice and gave us everything we need right away. It is very nice for concert-goers in Philippine Arena and Stadium because it is near. It is clean and has complete amenities. This is so far the most decent accomodation I had since I started attending concerts. Will definitely book this again for future concerts.
