The guy was friendly. Very spacious for 2 persons. Good price.

No knife No cuttinf board Small frying pan in very bad shape (nonstick layer totally scratched away) No spatula or wooden spoon Light in the kitchen was full of dead insect Missing batteries in the clock on the wall Handles on freezer and fridge doors missing First kitchen drawer not possible to open Freezer had a thick layer of ice inside Refrigerator was not clean from inside. One of the shelves in the refrigerator was from another fridge. Also the bottom drawer in the fridge was from another fridge (not fitting well) Most of things in the bathroom dirty from calc Door in the bathroom scratching the floor Lightbulb in the bathroom blown... Otherwise acceptable

We were very unsatisfied with our stay. The first disappointment was a bunk bed in the main bedroom that wasn’t shown in the given pictures. It felt like we were sleeping in a camp. The second disappointment was a huge glass door to the apartment that seemed like a garage door. Every noise came through (cars riding by, people walking home and talking - you could everything word to word) and as one of the beds was on the ground floor close to the door, it felt like sleeping outside. Also we had ants in our bathroom which made us feel very unclean. And the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned - there were toothpaste stains everythere on the sink. The place was literally in the middle of nowhere - address didn’t match with the one on booking.com. It isn’t worth it to book this apartment to be close to the airport, stay in Trapani or Marsala - in the end the taxi cost is the same.

There was no air conditioning, sleeping was terrible

I would have liked the accommodation to be cleaner. There was no air conditioning. The apartments have great potential, only minor improvements are needed.

Had the whole apartment for two of us for a really cheap amount (like £13 each) and it’s really spacious and clean. The location was good for us because we booked it to be next to Trapani airport for an early flight- though the roads aren’t walkable/no pavements so had to get a taxi service which was a bit pricey for the 5 minute distance.

It’s in the middle of nowhere so to speak, in Marsala, as it’s close to the airport which meant we couldn’t find any shops, or food places to get even a snack once we arrived.

One of the employees sent me a message on whatsapp to pay by bank transfer only a few hours before my flight departed. There were issues getting the receipt and proof of payment from my bank on the same day and he was refusing to accept me unless I had proof of payment. He could have contacted me to pay via bank transfer before the date of arrival and thus would have received proof of payment well before my arrival (he messaged me a few hours before expected arrival and refused any other payment methods). Thankfully issue was sorted but caused unnecessary stress and urgent calls to the bank a few hours before my flight. Extremely unprofessional. Unfortunately I do not recommend this place.

I used the accommodation before an early morning flight. The accommodation met my expectations. The apartment was cleaned. There is a narrow spiral staircase in the apartment, which can be a bit inconvenient if you have small children or heavy suitcases. Attention, there is no wifi. The address given on Booking.com doesn't match, in fact the house is a few meters away. But the host will send you photos before your arrival. The host welcomed me, gave me the keys and was available to me during my stay. This information doesn't apply to accommodation, but to the journey to the airport: Be aware that if you go early in the morning or at night, you will be walking largely on an unlit but not busy road. The trip takes about 30-40 minutes depending on how fast you go. Google maps will navigate you correctly. Even though I thought I paid when I booked online, I didn't. I paid in cash on the spot. Don't forget to bring cash!!
