Spacious and fantastic location!

Good apartment in a great central location and with all the amenities needed. Generally very clean, and lovely hosts. Apartment could use some TLC - lot of mould on ceiling in bathroom, broken door lock in bathroom, kitchen tiles and cabinets not in best condition, and apartment generally needs a bit of care. We also had a few issues locking and unlocking the doors, with the doors getting stuck or not locking. Noise from upstairs due to creaky floors.

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment is a short walk to Keswick center and a good base for walks. It is on street parking so you're not guaranteed to get parking outside of the property, we parked around the corner which wasn't a problem for us. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed for or stay. Smart TV, comfy sofas etc. I found myself sitting having a coffee in the window seat on a morning which was lovely. The bed & pillows were comfortable. We cooked here a few times and found the kitchen to be well equipped, all bases seemed to be covered. There is even a washing machine/ dryer which we didn't need but is handy to have. As some have mentioned, the apartment has some steps (a step down into the living room, a step down into the dining room, a step down into the kitchen and then some steps leading down to the bedroom) this wasn't an issue for us at all but worth mentioning. Also the floorboards were are a bit creaky but again, didn't bother us.

Great location, very clean and tidy , excellent information package on accommodation. Will absolutely revisit.

Size of apartment was great and location fantastic

Lovely accommodation in a really good location. Only 8 minutes walk to the centre of Keswick. We liked that we could park for free very near to the apartment. Everything in the apartment was in good order. Very clean and comfortable. Having the washer/dryer came in very handy. We'd definitely stay at 25 Church Street again.

There really wasn't anything we didn't like.

The lock on the interior door was sticky and difficult to open and needs replacing. Shower was a bit cold even on warmest setting.
