Really clean, cosy and comfortable. Location excellent and convenient for all Keswick amenities and attractions. Keswick beautifully decorated at Christmas as was the apartment. Parking organised by the owner and close to the property. Would highly recommend.

A lovely apartment in a fantastic location. Very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was very quiet despite being on quite a busy road and the parking permit was an added bonus. Our second stay here and would definitely return.

Excellent location, beautiful apartment with plenty space and everything you need, Simon is a great host and went out of his way to help. Plenty of restaurants and bars on the doorstep but also ideal for a night in, lovely warm and cosy.

The only thing that could have improved the stay would be parking at the door but because of the location this is not possible although you can drop your luggage before you go to the car park and then walk the few minutes back to the apartment but it wouldn’t put us off staying again

Great location in the heart of Keswick but still quiet during the night. Spacious apartment with comfortable beds and good heating. Good communication with the host and easy lockbox check in. Comes with parking permit for 1 car for the duration of the stay which is useful as parking in Keswick is quite expensive.

Vacuum cleaner was found lying on the stairs on arrival for some reason. Some areas and kitchen utensils were a bit dirty. Shower was cold on the last day, not sure if our party of 3 had used all the hot water…

Great Central location, very well appointed facilities, fresh, crisp linen, good communication from owner re access and parking

The travel cot provided was huge, prefect for our toddler. Large lounge, kitchen and very spacious bedrooms. Everything was pristine and perfect place for our family of 3 to stay for a weekend.

On the Saturday night, there was lots of noise from the pub across the road. Nothing the property owner can do as they've already sound proofed to the best of their ability. Noise wasn't enough to wake our toddler but it did wake up the adults.
