Lovely apartment right in the middle of Keswick. Simon was very helpful with any questions we had. Looking forward to staying next year.

The location of the flat was perfectly set in the heart of Keswick which made it very easy to get around, and it was very helpful that the host provided parking for the duration of the stay. Simon (host) was lovely and very considerate! We truly appreciated the thoughtfulness that went into the furnishing of the flat, and the extra touches like the Christmas tree, the chocolates, the big cupboard in the hallway for our luggage, and the hallway flashlights were big bonuses for us and things that we very much appreciated. The flat was well laid out and we had more than enough room for the four adults that stayed there. We also cooked an elaborate Christmas meal with ease in the kitchen.

The bathroom would benefit from some superficial upgrades, like the storage cupboard had some minor water damage and the design of the shower stall sometimes would lead to a very wet bathroom floor if we weren't careful in angling the showerhead.

Beds, lighting, kitchen, well equipped. Location- brilliant to be in centre of Keswick Close paid parking

Smell of cigarettes Street noise, fight and police outside, appreciate just unlucky with the night and what was going on across the road.

Great location, clean and modern space. Comfy bed!

Slight noise from the neighbouring property at an unsociable hour.

The location and the fittings and furniture

The heating is programmed to come on at 5 pm and and go off at 10. It was not comfortable arriving in a cold apartment. I feel at winter the heating should start around 3 and go on longer than 10. The boost function on the heating system did not appear to work as it should even when the valves had been opened

Beautiful property in a central location with everything you need for a perfect family stay. All amenities covered and the place was spotless with one of the comfiest beds I have ever slept in and I have stayed on many 5 star hotels hotels in my time
