Tip andere gordijnen in de slaapkamers zou fijn zijn. Het is heel vroeg licht in de slaapkamers vanwege de dunne gordijnen. In 1 slaapkamer heb je last van de koplampen van de auto's die voorbij rijden in het donker.

Moderne, saubere und schöne eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit allen was man benötigt inkl. Waschmaschine. Sehr ruhige Gegend in einem kleinen Dorf oberhalb von Kobarid mit tollem Ausblick in die Berge. Sehr nette und gastfreundliche Vermieterin. Perfekt für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt und zur Erkundung des Socatals, allerdings sollte ein Auto vorhanden sein.

Très beau logement tout neuf situé à moins de 15 minutes du centre de Kobarid, un peu dans les hauteurs. Environnement calme, belle vue. Le logement possède tout ce dont vous avez besoin: 2 belles chambres, 2 salles de bain, un WC séparé, une petite buanderie, 2 balcons. On s'y sent comme chez soi. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation.

Il manque peut-être quelques ustensiles comme des couverts supplémentaires, une paire de ciseaux et un grille pain. Pour nous les oreillers étaient trops mous.

L'emplacement dans la montagne au calme. Le confort et les prestations de l'appartement.

If you are in a car with the intent to tour the famous Soca River Valley, this very nice and big apartment is a great base. It is a large home on the side of a beautiful mountain above the Soca River with great views out over the Soca Valley and down into Kobarid. It is located a pleasant 5 kilometer drive up a scenic road paralleling the Soca River to a small hamlet called Libušnje. There are no services near the house, so we drove 8 to 10 minutes down to the center of Kobarid every night for dinner at one of the really good restaurants there. You can easily park your car in a private lot near the door of the house. The house consists of two apartments. We rented the one on the top floor and every morning woke up to an incredible view out over the valley and a church right below us. The apartment is big, newly renovated and very comfortable, Good TV and fast Wi-Fi. Fully stocked kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Big whirlpool tub in a separate bathroom (but we did not use it). I would greatly prefer basing here in this quiet and beautiful place than in the middle of a town that is impossible to park in. We were there 4 nights and did road trips all over the Soca Valley. It was fantastic. The owner and host is Barbara. She lives near there and met us at the apartment and helped us get situated. She knows every inch of the Soca Valley and provided us great advice on where to go. We actually altered our plans for touring the Valley and Soca River based on her advice.
