It was a very modern apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and a large balcony with dining table looking right over the water. We loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. Our host was very friendly.

There wasn’t a microwave, but the convection oven worked very well so we used that.

Fabulous location with a balcony and views. Walking distance to everything, including restaurants and beaches. Very comfortable facilities and great communication.

The setting and view, the location is perfect, so quiet once closed door, great air conditioning. Best place to stay, great bars a few steps away

A beautiful property and location with a great view, so convenient to eat and walk around even walking on the port. The owner was lovely, Vasiliki met us at the location and gave us a good insight on the area, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Great bathroom too. Excellent place 👍

Leaving

It's a private apartment, fully and modernly equipped for all kind of tourists, young or old (2nd floor with elevator). The best about it is the position, in the middle of the center with a spectacular sea view and harbor. You have access to everything within 2 minutes. It was very clean, well equipped (we didn't need to use the kitchen or the washing machine though, but it had everything for a long stay). The air conditioning is perfectly set, quiet and positioned not to bother you at all, as it is sunny and hot in the afternoon and the evening,. The balcony is really large and shaded in the morning, perfect for a long cup of coffee. The lady owner was relaxed, practical and not nosy at all.

The only thing that, at some nights, can become a problem is the noise from the bars downstairs open till morning, but we understood that it has nothing to do directly with the property. You must assume the touristic chaos if you really want to stay in the center of the center. You can shut the windows and start the air conditioning and so you sleep perfectly.

One word Amazing

Great location in Nafplio Old Town - close to restaurants, the marina, town square. Very clean, everything works and Vasiliki was a delight to deal with. Balcony provides the best view of bourtzi.

The fantastic view, a spacious apartment, very clean and modern. Unsurpassed location and the host was very easy to communicate with especially when google maps sent us in the opposite direction!!

A tad noisy as restaurants are underneath but windows, blackout shutters and aircon were great.
