Anassa House

A really lovely apartment in the perfect spot in the centre of Nafplio, with parking nearby. The owner was really responsive and sent some great recommendations for food and things to see. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

It's super well located and the view was great allowing us to see from different vistas of all the happenings of town. Restaurants and everything is all there and museum walking distance. It felt like an apartment you would actually live in reality. Coffee shop down stairs and market not far. The washer worked great. It appears a family of 8 may comfortably stay with a baby crib on the 2nd floor nook. Windows in every room to help ventilate the place. TV, good WIFI, and every extra necessities there like soap, shampoo, as promised. Well lit hallway to go up to the apartment. Felt super safe.

There was a night of really late night partying and explosions, so possible ear plugs, but it was NOT a daily thing. Public parking kinda tough but it's manageable once you are familiar with the place and where to go. A lot of stairs and no elevator. Just a bit of mold on the side of the shower that could have been better cleaned, but everything else was spotless.

We were a family of 6, and we had a lot of space. The apartment is very welcoming and comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the center of the old city, above the beautiful lively alleys. The apartment is equipped with many items for daily use (kitchen and dining utensils, spices, groceries, a large stock of shower soap and toilet paper, etc.), which makes the stay very comfortable. We never met the host, but the contact with him through Booking messages was very efficient and quick to respond.

There are a few things, but they don't detract from the perfect experience o course: There is only one bathroom, and it is also a bit small and old. The parking is far from the apartment, as expected due to the location in the center of the old city. The room with the bunk bed did not feel pleasant for the children to sleep in. Maybe it would have been better to change to a normal single bed.

The location was great, right on one of the main pedestrian streets over all the shops. Cute little balcony looking over the main street. Plenty of space in the apartment for our family of 6.

Steep and narrow winding stairs to get into the apartment. Bathroom shower was small for my tall husband and a little awkward.

The location was perfect! At the heart of the old town. Restaurants , coffee, ice cream, shops, everything was just there.

Amazing apartment in an amazing location! With two balconies, you can simply sit on one of them and soak up the atmosphere of the town. In the middle of the old town, yet tucked away from the noise. Authentic decor, comfortable and spacious.
