"Comfortable place in the city center"

Delicate and comfortable apartement close to the city center in the old town. Old house, but the flat is well renovated and equipped. Clean, the room is quite big. Good location: the tram stop front of the house. Fine local market (once a month) just around the corner - with tasty local food and other good stuff. Movie, theater and many restaurants, coffehouses and pubs in the neighborhood.

The air condition is working, but the effectivity is lower than expected (true, it was 32-34C outside, but still...) The apartement is sutiated on the 2nd floor, no elevator, so not suitable for older generations or for handicapped.

Mind that is old building - so second floor is quite a hike. Not suitable for persons with disables.
