Su Jiu Apartment

The host was very friendly and provided excellent service. Responses were quick and helpful throughout the stay.

I stayed in Room 5. When I lifted the bed sheet, I found a strand of hair, and there were some stains near the foot of the bed. However, the host responded quickly and replaced the bedding with a clean set, which I appreciated. I’m 153 cm tall, but the sink was even lower than my hips, which made washing up quite uncomfortable. Also, if you want to take a standing shower, you have to hold the showerhead by hand, as there’s no place to mount it — this was a bit inconvenient. The hot water in the room was also inconsistent — sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t.

It is a apartment in a Chinese home on the 24th floor which is truly a unique experience. It is kinda like an Airbnb. Communication was great. We had some problems with entering the room. But the staff was there shortly and opened and also fixed the WiFi

It seems like smoking is allowed. Kinda weird for us. Luckily nobody smoked there previously. We did not smell anything.

The place is closeby a sundry shop, bus station, other amenities. Also 7 mins walking to People's Park.

The toilet / bathroom does not have walls. The sleeping area and the bathroom are separated with white curtain. Please put up some walls so the 'smells' would not reach the other places. iykwim

The owner/ staff were very friendly, place are sparkling clean and it has minimalist aesthetic vibes. View outside the windows is amazing. I stayed at the villa the next day under the same property, love the balcony and the villa overall.

I wish they installed the door for the toilet, its was very stressful to do your morning routine. If staying alone no issue.

One of the best homestays I had in china. Interior is very aesthetic . Bed is very comfortable. Apartment is very big and everything is clean. It’s located in central Nanning and you get a nice overview.

The host was nice and easy going. The apartment had a washing machine.

The address shown on the website was not the address of the apartment - this caused me a lot of trouble and was also misleading as the real location was much further away from metro station. The apartment was stylish, but not very practical - e.g. the light in the bathroom was very dim; the bathroom was not a separate room - actually it was part of the bedroom, separated from it just with columns and curtains - it didn't give much privacy. The white paint on the walls was dirty. The kitchenette was shared with other rooms.
