Rauhalllinen kerrostalo metsän ympäröimänä. Mukava ympäristö ja alue.

Kuudennen kerroksen asunto ei ollut itselleni paras mahdollinen vaihtoehto ja rappukäytävässä/eteisessä tupakan haju, varmaankin juuri asunnon yläpuolella olevalta parvekkeelta lähtöisin.

Sisäänkirjautuminen oli vaivatonta. Varustelu oli riittävä ja huoneistot tilavia. Hinta-laatusuhde oli kohdillaan.

Vessan siisteyteen olisi voinut kiinnittää enemmän huomiota. Yhdessä huoneistossa oli hiukan huono sisäilma.
