I liked the fact that we had an ironing table + salt, olive oil and apple vinegar in the kitchen. I appreciated the fruits and bottle of wine left in the fridge for us. Also, the shampoo and the shower gel smelled very nice and the bed was comfortable. (the small bed though is more like a couch)

The first impact was BAD because the courtyard looks bad. Then we entered the studio which smelled HORRIBLE (1st floor). We left the door and the windows open for hours and it was still bad. The way the room was renovated looks very cheap. In the photos it looks great, but in reality the renovation team did a very bad job. It was clean-ish. We found spider webs and dust. The bed sheets and towels were fine though. The kitchen place is very very small. The fridge is like a mini bar. The electric stove is very old and rusty. Then, we didn't have hot water ✌🏼 I wrote a message about it and they replied that it was a small issue and we are going to have it in a few hours. At the end of the day: still no hot water. The next day I wrote again and after some time I saw an old man going up the stairs and when he came down he said : now you have hot water (our windows and door were still open to ventilate the room because of the smell). My opinion is that the hot water was not turned on for our room. There is a place near the window where you can serve your meals, but the chairs are too high. We stood up while we ate. About the bathroom: the sink is outside the bathroom, in the actual room. Sorry, but we don't recommend it.

A couple of minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Marathi. Looks like a well, newly renovated flat, has everything you need, but if you’d like to make some of your own food, bring food before coming as the area doesn’t have a supermarket. Very clean and bed is super comfy.

This would be a nice spot to spend a few quiet beach days. We were just needing somewhere close to airport for an early morning flight so did not get the full benefits of the comfortable apartment that had everything needed for an extended stay. Our host gave great check in instructions and left wine and fruit for us - a very nice surprise.

The bed was super comfy, the bed linen was high quality and the pillows were perfect for a comfortable sleep. The shower was fabulous. Everything in the room that we needed. Eleftheria was always on hand and her communication was speedy and emails well written. The view from the window was lovely to look out at the sea every morning. Location spot on - we were able to pop down to the bay every day early for our swim. Thank you for a wonderful holiday

Marathi is much much busier than when we came five years ago, whilst it's lovely to see it bustling and supporting the local businesses we preferred it much quieter
