When we booked on the site we thought we had booked an apartment we thought it included kitchen amenities but it was just a room with an ensuite bathroom. On arrival the lady by the name of Nonjabulo just looked and us and realised that we ddnt understand the booking but she quickly made sure we got the apartment we needed. Her kindness and professionalism was 100 percent and i just want to thank her for her hospitality. She treated us like family.

It would of been nice to have a dstv package.
