Ciasa Nea

This is a very clean, spacious and comfortable appratment , with 2 double bed rooms, kitchen with eating space and even living room with an extra single bed., actually comfortable for up to 5 people It is situated in a private , family owned house on the first floor. On the second floor the family have an smaller appartment for 2-4 people . The appartment has beautiful views to Kronplatz, Sella Massif and all the nearby mountains, because it is in a mountain village. There is a free parking space in front t of the house. The appartment is located in a small mountain village Welschellen, Rina which is located on a quite steep hill above Longega (Zwischenwasser). There is a 3,5 km mountain road with 5 bigger curves from Longega to Rina. The road is wide, well taken care of. Last evening of our stay there was a snowfall of about 5-6 cm during the night, the next morning road was perfectly clean. One needs 12-13 minutes by car, approx 8,5 km to the near by San Vigilio where the skifun starts, Kronplatz ski resort. The appartment is very well equiped with all possible kitchen and other amenities. Next tiny supermarket is in Longega, and a bigger supermarker EUROSPAR is in San Vigilio.

We have 2 boys who are , as probably all youth , internet dependent. The wi-fi was very poor, most of the time did not work at all. Even our 4G did not function well, probably due to the mountains. This was our only issue.

Beautifull hikes from the accomodation. Calm of the site, with deer roaming in the fields around the house! The accomodation was clean and cosy, a perfect place for our vacation! And Alex was a lovely host!

Saucepanes not really flat so not efficient on hotplates, but not a big issue :)

Everything was perfect and as expected I was happy to stay in the apartment

Nothing to complain

Location was amazing. Apartment was really big. Children loved playground and trampoline.

We were being checked to see if we broke anything, which was very embarrassing.
