great location on the building just on the promenade and next to the center of the town. very clean apartment and spacious rooms

can be at times noisy since the rooms are facing the street.

The property was situated at old town which was fairly close to everything. Having stayed all over Nafplio the past few years since we are trying to move here, this is the only good thing I can say about this property.

1. When I checked in, the outside smells like gasoline. We thought it would go away, but it didn’t. The gas smell was inside the apartment as well which made my sister sick to her stomach all night. 2. The 2 heater units located in the bedroom and living room were not working. I turned them on and all they did was make noise which kept us up all night. They did not heat the apartment. The apartment was freezing the whole time. When Maria came the next day, she basically told us that she checked it prior to our arrival. But when she was there trying to turn it on, it wouldn’t turn on for her as well. 3. I turned on the hot water 20 minutes prior to showering. 3 minutes into my shower, the water turned cold. When I told Maria, she said that I should of waited 30 minutes since it’s winter. It would of been nice to have gotten that information prior to my cold shower. The lack of direction is inexcusable especially for the hot water during winter months. 4. The refrigerator was warm. When you open the refrigerator, it felt warm. There was no way to put anything in there without spoiling. I mentioned it to Maria and she said she checked it prior to my arrival. Refrigerators should have a minimum of 4.5° Celsius not 10° Celsius. 5. We didn’t get to sleep until 3am since all the issues kept us up.. and woke up early to check out by 10am since the conditions of the apartment was really bad. After complaining to her on text before going to bed around mid 2am, she mentioned she will be by before we checked out. She apologized and said she will be reimbursing us. She came before check out. Inspected everything and apologized for the inconvenience and all the issues. I finally talked to Booking.com. I told them the issue. 24hrs later I was told that I was only refunded €37+ some change and not the remaining 2 days I didn’t stay. I told Maria as well as booking.com that I was willing to pay for the first night and only wanted to be refunded the nights I did not stay. booking.

The apartment location was perfect.

The toilet was dirty and the blanket as well. The apparent is located on the ground floor and there is noise from the street. Also the AC in bedroom was old and noisy.

Location was good. Everything, though basic, was in working order. Plenty of space.

VERY noisy street - windows had to be closed. No extra toilet paper. No bath mat.

Location of the property is excellent, inside old town of Nafplion. Very convenient as can be approached by car and close to restaurants, cafes, amenities.
