Falta un poco de mantenimiento

Excellent location, great cleaning staff and prompt response from owner who was very accommodating as well. The rooms even had a small fridge! Oh and an Oxxo very close for night time ice cream and to buy water. Oh and the Cat Cafe! A must do!

It would have been nice to have a safe but no biggy.

It was close to Centro Historico and restaurants and cafés. It had everything we needed and it was also very quiet at night for sleeping.

I don’t really have any complaints, but I do think that the housekeeping should clean the baseboards. They’re quite thick with dust.

Tres central. Personnel très serviable. Je n’ai pas trouvé le code pour entrer sur mes courriels mais on m’a facilité l’entrée par l’interphone. Aucune réception. Il faut un code pour entrer mais tout s’est bien passé. Merci.

Great location, very central. Comfortable accommodation, good value.

There was a glitch in the system (probably not the property’s fault) where I didn’t get the entry code (the property is unstaffed) until past check-in time. I messaged the property and they replied within 15 minutes with the code, also saying that they’d sent the code via booking, which I didn’t receive.
