Apartamentos Carbel Mar

Location is ok, but the awful facilities overweight all of the advantages of the view.

The rooms stink, the smell doesn’t come out even with the open windows in all rooms.

The view from the balcony is awesome. That is actually the reason why you need to stay there.

Slightly damp smell in the kitchen.

Location is great!!!

The sink was clogged when we first got there. I asked to have someone come look at it and they never showed. Also we asked where we could park and he directed us to the free parking lot which is a couple blocks away only to find our car stuck inside a fair the next day. We had no way out because we were surrounded by street venders.

We only like the ocean view from the balcony - if we had decent chairs and table it would have been better

Many appliances were not functioning Stove and oven didn’t work Washer was from the 1970’s and was not working - this was very disappointing since we were planning to do some laundry at this leg of our trip There was no toaster Lighting throughout the apartment was very poor due to many light bulbs needed replacement and outlets deficient Many electrical outlets were not working so we had to play with switching plugs Shower was leaking from the bottom leaving puddle of water after using it Furnitures was old and smelly

Location was the best I could see around. Lots of space. Beautiful views.

The water did get cold in the shower quickly considering there were 4 of us showering.

Dirty , flooded , no help cleaning up the flood, no hot water Extremely rude non sympathetic owner ! He basically said “ I don’t care if you flooded and couldn’t shower . I don’t care “

The location and the view. Worth every penny for that.

Hard to find originally. Hard to figure out where various things were, like utensils or when the hot water wasn't working or the stove, but we eventually figured it out. A bit noisy, but to be expected being right on the street.
