Muy limpio, buena ubicación! Tiendas y supermercado cerca , también muchos sitos para comer ! La foto de abajo está en frente al edificio un lugar estupendo para comprar comida para llevar! Pollo y otras carnes como picaña a la brasa ! Muy buena comida!

Ubicación y precio. Apartamento muy grande

Los balcones no cerraban bien. Mucho ruido en las mañanas a primera hora. El colchón de muelles convendría cambiarlo. No tiene calefacción ni ascensor. En las zonas comunes hay mucho olor a pis de gato.

Nous pouvions prendre possession à 16;00 déjà c’est très tard mais c’était très difficile de rejoindre les proprio et on a puent entrer seulement à 16:20

Subvilla Beach Place has everything on my wishlist for a hotel except for no elevator. The gentleman at the front desk offered to help with our luggage to the 3rd floor but we declined. I was surprised at how big the place is with full kitchen and a large bathroom. It has balconies on both sides for room 301 and is beautifully decorated. It has a large dinning table and a sofa with wood panel ceilings. There is a portable heater and extra comforter in the closet if needed. The hotel is so perfectly located right the middle of this small town. It is surrounded by restaurants, stores, and supermarkets. The beach is only 5-min walk and we can hear the sound of the ocean waves as soon as we step outside of our room. There is a 24-hour laundromat few doors down the street and, in case if you have concern of safety, the police station is just across the street. If you love fresh fruits, there is a huge indoor farmer market in the next block that open from 7am – 1pm every day except Monday. For seafood, try out Retaurante Nova Casa Cacao before going to any highly rated restaurant in town. This is a local joint with excellent seafood rice at extremely affordable prices. We enjoyed our time in Nazare so much and the people here are so lovely. We will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time we visit Nazare.
