Casa Azul

Die Lage ist- wenn man den Trubel der Unterstadt von Nazaré mag ganz wunderbar. Man hat einen Blick aufs Meer und den Sonnenuntergang und ist in 1 MInute am Strand. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet

Das Bett fanden wir zu klein, die Matraze leider unbequem. Es gibt in der Wohnung keinen Staubsauger und/oder Wischmopp- das finde ich ziemlich unpassend, Küchenausstattung sparsam (Teflonpfannen sind ide Beschichtungen kaputt...) da bei dem starken wird doch immer überall Sand ist. Im Bad gab es durchaus Defizite in der Sauberkeit, man versprach uns, in Zukunft besser darauf zu achten.

La ubicación es excelente. Una vista privilegiada al mar y al atardecer. Amplio y cómodo.

Las persianas exteriores de la sala y el cuarto 1 (al entrar a la derecha) no funcionaban. El aire acondicionado del cuarto 2 tiene el extractor en el balcón del cuarto 1 y suena muy fuerte y no fue posible mantenerlo prendido.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Casa Azul sehr genossen. Die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend – direkt an der Promenade von Nazaré mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer und mitten im lebendigen Treiben des Ortes. Restaurants, Cafés und der Strand sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt, sodass man das besondere Flair von Nazaré jederzeit genießen kann. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und wirkt sehr einladend. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die Ausstattung der Küche: Hier wurde wirklich mitgedacht. Gewürze, Zucker, Öl und viele weitere Kleinigkeiten waren bereits vorhanden, was das Kochen deutlich angenehmer macht und nicht selbstverständlich ist. Insgesamt überwiegen die positiven Eindrücke deutlich. Die fantastische Lage, der Meerblick, die durchdachte Ausstattung und die liebevolle Einrichtung machen die Casa Azul zu einer Unterkunft, die wir gerne weiterempfehlen und jederzeit wieder buchen würden.

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt betrifft die Holzstühle auf dem Balkon. Diese wirkten leider etwas instabil und waren zudem nicht besonders bequem, sodass wir den Balkon weniger genutzt haben als geplant. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage hört man im hintersten Schlafzimmer das Geschehen auf der Promenade noch etwas. Mit Ohrstöpseln war dies für uns jedoch problemlos handhabbar und angesichts der fantastischen Lage absolut nachvollziehbar. Das Bett war für unseren Geschmack etwas klein und die Matratze recht fest. Wer sehr weiche Matratzen bevorzugt, könnte dies ähnlich empfinden. Zudem sollte man beachten, dass die zugehörige Parkgarage bzw. Parkbucht sehr eng ausfällt. Mit einem größeren Fahrzeug ist etwas Rangiergeschick gefragt.

The location is fabulous! The balcony overlooking the ocean doesn't get any better. Super easy to walk to everything in the downtown historic center. We really loved this. Also the decor is very cute, think bohemian surfer vibe. Also it's very spacious with two great balconies and lots of light.

The shower situation is really bad. There are two showers. One is a larger tub style, it has a handheld wand. You can't mount it high enough. My husband is 6' and he couldn't get under the water. In addition the handheld sprayer is clogged so the water sort of dribbles rather than sprays. My son and husband who used this shower said it was a miserable experience. This could very easily be made into a great working shower by getting a better sprayer that actually spray and can be mounted high enough on the wall the tall folks could actually get under it. The second shower is tiny, but the water sprays more consistently. We had a hard time getting the water to stay in the shower in this tight area. In addition the shower head is mounted too low, my husband could not get under the shower in this one either. This also could easily be improved by rerouting the shower head so it goes up higher so that taller folks can get under it. The third thing that was absolutely awful is when we walked into the apartment we were greeted with a wall of perfume smell it made all of our eyes water. We immediately opened the windows in the whole place, but the stench didn't seem to dissipate. That's when we realized it's one of those disgusting glad plug-in type things that was constantly pumping that toxic disgustingness into the air. We had to contain it in a pot and put the pot into a cupboard so that the smell didn't escape. This is also easily fixed, throw that thing in the garbage! Yuck! Now I think the reason they were pumping the apartment full of that nasty smell is the plumbing in the bathrooms is old and the bathrooms don't smell great. We mostly just kept the lids of the toilets closed and then closed the door and then you only had to deal with the smell when you went in there. It was better than that awful plugin they had going.

Location Location Location!!

To nitpick, there were no toiletries nor was there a frying pan. Otherwise, we were VERY HAPPY with our stay!

Solo 1 juego de llaves, y las indicaciones para llegar de la aplicacion no son exactas.

L’emplacement est parfait. C’était propre et le personnel répondait rapidement.

Lit peu confortable. Il faisait chaud (pas d’air climatisé). Nous devions dormir la fenêtre ouverte et c’était bruyant jusqu’à minuit.

Gostamos da localização e de poder guardar o carro na garagem. O banheiro é bom.

A divulgação das características do imóvel deixou a desejar. A única cama de casal não é confortável e o sofá-cama também não serve para um casal porque é muito estreito.
