Boa localização, sitio tranquilo

Podia estar mais limpo, o exaustor não estava limpo, tinha gordura agarrada e notava-se bem o pó em cima, na casa de banho tinha o silicone preto em volta do chuveiro e no teto já se notava manchas pretas da humidade.
