Carla Apartamentos

Fantastic location close to both beach and right in the middle of town yet very quiet. Apartment is well stocked and furnished. We accidentally locked ourselves out and host met us within minutes of messaging her, and she was really sweet about it even though it must have inconvenienced her. Thanks Carla!

The shower was difficult to keep at a steady warm temperature and the bed pillows weren't comfortable to us (personal preference and others might find okay). But those are minor as everything else was 10/10.

The apartment is nice and clean, but there is a problem with the hostess. We booked the apartment for two nights and indicated that there is going to be two adults, one child, and one infant staying there. However, when we checked in, there was no bedding for the baby (which was provided after we contacted the hostess). Later that day, when going to bed, we noticed that sofa bedding was missing as well. Since it was pretty late, we decided not to text the hostess, and the three of us just slept on the same bed. The next morning we contacted her again, asking to bring bedding for the sofa. But unfortunately, she replied that she wasn’t in Nazare and that she hasn’t been warned by her colleague that there will be four of us. She responded very rudely, trying to put the blame on us, and then eventually stopped responding to our messages at all. We did not get beddings and the three of us had to sleep on the same bed for two nights.
