Had to text and the woman who arrived didn't speak english but it was very straight forward and she was super nice!

Location was excellent and apartment was massive for such a low price

Proximity to the beach and cleanliness

Great location, host was amazing and so sweet and patient with us. We don't speak Portuguese but she was patient and kind. House was huge, comfortable and felt just like home. Wish we had longer there.

Walls are thin so you can hear neighbors (who were awake and doing something until 3AM) and the beds and pillows are much harder than I like (personal preference for me). However, both of these are super common in Portugal and I still slept like a rock so it did not inhibit my night!

Casa Lúcia is a large apartment, really well equipped with all amenities that you need even for a long stay. It is well located, close to the beach, all the shops and restaurants, but distant enough not to be disturbed with any noise. A parking space in a garage is a huuuuge perk. The interior design is probably from the ‘90, but if you are OK with that, then you should be happy with the place as it is really comfortable apartment. In relation to the price, it was an excellent choice.

Tiny things – the chairs in kitchen seemed like they could break if I rest my back on them (maybe they would not, but didn’t want to risk). Would be nice to have some ambient lightning for the evening - living room and kitchen had only ceiling lamps and the night lamps in bedroom did not work (probably just a light bulb to be replaced). Quite old fashioned (especially bathroom) – but again – it was great value for money and I still recommend it !

Good location, clean apartment, kitchen well equipped, good value for the money. Good parking in a garage. Lucia was sweet and helpful.

For the money you pay there's nothing to complain!

I recommend! The apartment is very well equipped. Nice hosts. Very close to the beach and the center - quiet and peaceful area. There is also a large grocery store nearby. Underground parking for cars available. I will definitely come back here!!!
