Apartment complex Mirage of Nessebar

Obiekt położony tuż przy plaży. Czysto. Codziennie sprzątane. Gdy zaszła potrzeba użycia jakichś dodatkowych akcesoriów kuchennych - poprosiliśmy o nie i od razu otrzymaliśmy. Transfer z lotniska zorganizowany przez obiekt - bez zarzutu. Nie korzystaliśmy z wyżywienia, więc nic nie umiem na ten temat powiedzieć.

Apartamentul era curat, confortabil și spațios. Sejurul a fost minunat, cazarea pe plaja. Iar proprietara foarte drăguță. Vorbește foarte bine engleza și ne-a explicat inclusiv unde găsim magazine și ce mai aveam nevoie. Am avut aer condiționat și în dormitor și în sufragerie, plus ca era utilat cu tot ce trebuie. Complexul are și parcare contracost.

Totul a fost minunat.

The kitchen could be better equipped in terms of utensils. A sieve for pasta, a grater for cheese etc

Pulito nuovo comodo. Tutti i giorni venivano effettuate le pulizie nell'appartamento. 2 cambi biancheria in una settimana. Posizione ottima per la vicinanza al mare. Tutto quello che può servire per cucinare era presente.

Solo un paio di appunti: Avrei gradito una pentola antiaderente per la carne e da italiano uno scolapasta :-) Tutto davvero ottimo non ho critiche

The location was very good, and the property offered convenient paid parking at around 12 euros per day. The apartment had slightly outdated furniture, but it was overall consistent with the price paid. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We received a receipt for the cash deposit, and it was fully refunded at the end of our stay, which we appreciated. One downside was the situation with the sunbeds: most were already reserved with towels early in the morning, although many remained unused. By 10 AM, we couldn’t find any available sunbeds. Later, we noticed some extra sunbeds stacked in a hallway, but by then it was too late — we had already decided to visit another town instead. Also, the sandy beach nearby is extremely crowded, filled with umbrellas as far as the eye can see, which makes it less appealing if you’re looking for space or a more relaxed atmosphere.

The apartment itself was fine, but there’s a serious problem with transparency regarding the cash deposit. It’s not clearly visible in the property description, policies, or anywhere obvious before booking. In over 20 years of booking online, I’ve never encountered such a poorly communicated deposit policy. I made the reservation one day before arrival, and only after confirmation was I informed about the unexpected cash deposit. At that point, cancellation would have cost me 50% of the total price, which is unfair. If a host requires a deposit, this must be clearly stated upfront, before the booking is confirmed — not hidden in fine print. Also, if a guest books and disagrees with the deposit upon learning about it, the host should offer free cancellation as a matter of basic fairness. Booking.com should take responsibility and introduce a clearly visible section dedicated to deposits, just like price, cleaning fee, or taxes. Better yet, Booking should manage the deposit directly, instead of allowing unclear, off-platform cash arrangements that reduce trust and transparency.
