THE ROYAL ON THE BEACH IS A CLEAN BRIGHT BIG APARTMENT ALL THE FACILITIES ARE GREAT NICE BUILDING OVERLLOKING THE BEACH LOVELY LOUNGE SITTING AREA FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN ALL SO CLEAN HOST WAS SO EASY TO DEAL WITH!! THANKS

There is no supermarket or kiosks nearby, but that is something unrelated to the apartment itself.

Very nice roomy apt, slept 6 comfortably, 4 adults and two late teens. It is an apt with kitchen facilities, not a hotel, you have to provide your own food. Large parking area free, pool but across the road from beautiful beach, near many synagogues, modest shopping close by. Ideal for short stay for large family. One issue needed fixing that we saw as soon as we arrived, a loose toilet seat.

Loose toilet seat, everything else very good.

it stank of mold!! - both bathrooms had mold on the roof and the walls the whole house smelled of it
