Cozy and stylish 1-bedroom apartment

Все очень чисто, и соответствует фото. Квартира располагается на тихой улице около центральной набережной Нетании. Рядом туристические улицы, кафе, магазины, обменники, автостанция. Из окна красивый вид на город. В квартире есть все необходимое.

L’espace dans le logement. La quantité des serviettes de toilette et leur propreté. La table et le fer à repasser La literie. La climatisation très efficace. L’équipement du logement. La wifi qui fonctionne très bien.

Système compliqué pour récupérer les clefs. C’est dommage que là aussi il n’y ait pas cette attention de laisser une bouteille d’eau

I liked the quietness of the location and the wonderful comfi bed and sofa and the nice and huge wardrobe. Also the super size of my room (room nr. 1). I also liked the quick responses of Angel and her professionalism.

The fact it is a unit and not a complete apartment. You can be very lucky and have the whole place to yourself or like I had, have a very quiet neighbour who is never there !! or like some years ago when I first came, be unlucky and hear your neighbour's TV and conversations as only a cardboard wall separates the units.

Great location at the center of Netanya. Beach with the nearest elevator to the beach 15-20 min walk, shops, shuk (market) within walking distance. 8 min walk to Central Bus Station, from which you can get to Train Station on bus 32. From there you can get almost anywhere in Israel, - Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Haifa. Angelica is a great host and speaks three languages: Hebrew, English and Russian, and a very easy to deal with. I enjoyed my stay very much.

As an American, it took a little getting used to small washer and absence of the dryer, and use of the electric stove with unusual controls. Once you figure it out, it’s as easy as a keyboard. Drying clothes on ropes behind the window is fun! Reminds of old Italian movies.
