City center luxury apartment in Netanya

This flat was well described in all the reviews. The owner was easily contactable through the website and very quick to respond. As follows: Pros - Flat was immaculately clean - All the appliances worked and were easy to use - Appreciated the fact that there was a separate washing machine and condensing tumble dryer - immersion for the hot water worked very well and water pressure for shower was good - plenty of towels and sheets - very good location for central Netanya and good access to buses - parking on the street was easy - you can park on blue/white stripes and pay on Pango app - there was a second key in the flat so my husband and I each had a key -WiFi was good and two of us spent one day both working at the same time - plenty of cupboard and storage space

Cons - shower unit is not well situated as water leaks out underneath onto the floor - no extract fan so moisture gets into paint on ceiling which flakes off - second bedroom does not have an aircon unit in it and would be very hot in summer although there is a large fan in the cupboard These were minor inconveniences which owner is aware of and we would happlily stay there again.

The communication with the owner was very easy, the flat was clean and good equipped, but there could be more plates and bowls. Even though it's on the 2nd floor with no lift, it was no problem with the stroller.

The smaller bedroom is very bright, good curtains to darker the room would be great for kids. Also there was a pigeon living next to the window in the main bedroom, so no chance to open the window.

The location was perfect, close to the beach and all amenities. the property was comfortable, clean and private. The manager was super helpful and easy to communicate with.

the location was perfect. the apt was meticulous. accommodations were outstanding. we will stay here on every future visit.

taking into account prices in Israel, it’s good value for money, 2 bedrooms, suits family with kids, but everything is shabby, nevertheless location is great, just 2 blocks from the sea, supermarket nearby, quiet, center of the city
