Vicinato un po' rumoroso (bambini che strillavano sul pianerottolo) ma accettabile.

Appartamento con tutti i confort, inoltre scaldacqua, lavatrice, griglia a gas in terrazzo. Terrazzo grande per pranzare /cenare, parcheggio condominiale. Supermercato e panificio nelle vicinanze, circa 300 metri, e spiaggia a circa 800 metri.

Manca la doccia, in quanto presente vasca. Appartamento pulito, ma non tanto il bagno.

Vicina al mare, ai servizi essenziali e alla fermata dell'autobus.

Il divano letto è da rivedere

Posizione molto comoda alla spiaggia, al supermarcato ed ai servizi vari. Parcheggio gratuito e sotto casa.

The big terrace, the beach nearby.

The apartment is not adapted for accomodation of two adults and two teenagers, for which it is offered. The beds are uncomfortable, the sofa offered for sleeping for two, is broken and fell several times during the night. The offer contains a misleading photo of a non-existent bed. Blankets and laundry are insufficient, and the few available were not prepared in an accessible place. There is no soap, towels are not enough for four. There is no cleaning rag, basic and inexpensive electrical appliances. There is also no wardrobe, adapted for clothes, as well as enough shelves. The apartment is located in a noisy residential block with many belling dogs, the large terrace is mainly overlooking the neighbors' terraces. It is 15 minutes away by car from the center of Nettuno, only the beach is nearby. For visits of Rome the traffic is uncomfortable.

No working AC at arrival. AC did not work for 4 days. Weather temperature was 30-31C. We contacted hostess during all these days, but AC was fixed only after we communicated to Booking directly. WiFi did not work for the 3 days No English TV.

All the kitchen facilities, first necessities, dishes, large and comfortable terrace.

Facilities, cleanliness, good wifi. The supermarket is nearby.

The neighbourhood (the block is tidy) is dirty, littered and neglected. (But this is not the apartment's fault.)
