The view is amazing

No where to keep wetsuit or surf borad (out door space.)

The view as in the picture was great but couldn't be seen from sitting and relaxing. You needed to be standing to see it as window too high.

How shabby and broken the apartment was. Bathroom window was stuck wide open. Living room window did not close properly. The water from the taps was orange. Bedroom blind was broken with a large gap in it when closed and no lock on bathroom door. These among many other issues were unacceptable. We won't return.
