Location was perfect, 5 minute walk to Lusty Glaze beach and 15 to Porth Beach. 15 minute walk into town, could not of been better. The views from the apartment were unreal, beds were super comfy. Apartment was very spacious and having a en suite in the main bedroom was a massive touch.

Apartment was great, larger than the images and great view (if only slightly hidden by the seasonal fog) Lovely getaway over Christmas for the pair of us. Would 100% stay again

Fabulous views, well equipped and spacious apartment. Lift to 2nd floor very helpful with our luggage. Off street car park for one vehicle just outside. Good security. Had a small problem with a heated towel rail not functioning which was fixed quickly. Security deposit promptly refunded.

Pillows very flat and uncomfortable. Even though car parking space is very long we had to move our car back as far as possible for South West Water to access the drain in the middle of the car spot. Good thing we were there at 7pm to move the car. Whatever work they were doing was noisy and took 3 hours. That said, we would definitely stay here again.

Its location and view had the Wow Factor from the moment we walked in. The pre-stay instructions from Mark & Alli were clear and comprehensive, and their welcome gift of Prosecco and Chocolate most appreciated! The fact that we’ve already booked it again for next year speaks for itself.

Beautiful, comfortable apartment, had everything we needed, fabulous view from balcony, close to restaurants and bars. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony. The public hallways/stairways within the apartment block very clean and smelt nice. Building easy to find and directions on how to access the building easy to follow.

On arrival, we noticed wet towels still in the washing machine, a bit smelly, so washed and dried them, although, this didn't spoil our experience. I let the property manager know who apologised and offered to collect them.

The apartment was clean, spacious and well stocked with crockery and amenities. The view is stunning. We would definitely recommend. We also had a complimentary bottle of prosecco and chocs which was a lovely surprise for our wedding anniversary.

Absolutely amazing property with beautiful coastal views. The apartment was gorgeous, spotless and very homely, just perfect for our trip. Lusty Glaze beach is located just a short walk from the property.

Cannot fault anything it was perfect.
