Stunning Sea Views Relax and Unwind in Your Stylish Home Away from Home

The apartment itself is warm,clean,quiet and has everything you would need for a short or long stay self catering. Ideal for couples but with the 2nd bedroom would be good with kids too. Nice separate dining table and lounge which has a great wide sea view. Lovely to slide the glass door open to hear the sea crashing onto the beach while you have dinner or breakfast.The kitchen is fully stocked with plates,cookware cutlery and appliances (bit sad that the wife was excited about having a dishwasher and washing machine and being able to go home with clean clothes rather than do.all the washing when we got home) Both bathrooms are a good size with either a large bath or shower to choose from. The double bed is very comfortable with a very thick memory foam mattress. The host communicates very well and answers any question quickly. The lift is a bonus as is the free parking and the door which needs a code to enter the building,there's probably plenty I have forgotten but hopefully we will return here again when we visit family down here in the future. Oh and the location is ideal for walking into town for the bars, restaurants and supermarkets, about 10 mins. There's a good walk along the cliffs opposite if you want to fill your lungs with fresh air. There's also a bus stop outside if you want to explore further.

We like the view from this apartment and the location. The apartment was very well decorated because of Christmas which we liked the most. Rooms are cozy and comfy. Toilets are very clean and all necessary kitchen things are present in good condition.

The room is clean and tidy, the location is acceptable, there is a bus station and a supermarket at the door, very convenient. Will come back next time.

The first dissatisfaction is that the mattress is too soft and not suitable for me, and the second is that there is no cutting board for cooking. The third is that the range hood is not easy to use. Every time I cook, the room is full of oil fumes, so I have to open the windows for ventilation. The fourth pair of door neuropathic female neighbors, every time I put the garbage at the door, the next day it is either tied to my doorknob or placed in front of my door, and it will hit the garbage bag when I open the door. It really makes me speechless, everything else is okay.

We failed to see the name on the front of the building but a phone call to Maria which was answered immediately soon solved the problem. The property is next door to the Kilburnie hotel if anyone else has the same problem. Wonderful sea view from the Lounge. The £150 deposit was returned immediately as promised.

Kitchen was well equipped but lacked a chopping board and measuring jug which may be useful additions for future guests

Very central, very clean, very supportive and friendly hosts, leaving clear instructions and comfort that were there to be a problem, they would assist.

All was good but I would recommend simply; loo roll holder and hooks on the back of all doors, that's all

Great location, near Newquay Town centre and opposite Tolcarne beach, with an amazing view of the sunset sitting on the sofa in the lounge. Owner was friendly and gave clear check in instructions. Apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable, would definitely stay here again.
