Comfortable flat in quiet suburb of Nicosia. Good access to facilities and easy to get to the Troodos mountains.

Clean, comfortable apartment with a full kitchen, washer, and parking. Well located with easy access to major roads, shopping, and grocery stores.

Nothing it was great!

The cozy apartment is very big and bright and so clean! Alexandros placed amenities everywhere which made us feel very welcome and at home. As a wonderful surprise we met the beautiful and cute cat of Alexandros. The cat said hi the first morning and popped by with his furry friends regularly. We loved that! From the apartment you can discover Nicosia by car without any problems and we enjoyed the parking space right in front of the house in the gateway which was very easy and comfortable for sure. Whatever you need, want to know or can think of, Alexandros goes above and beyond to help you and provide information and even cypriot lemons for us to taste. He has a lot of tipps for the area and Cyprus in general. Even after we left, he send something by mail to our home country that we forgot to take with us. What he doesn't know: While taking a stroll around the neighbourhood (there is a wonderful natural area right next to the house where the sun sets very beautifully!), a neighbour of Alexandros started a friendly conversation with me and told me what a kind, sweet person Alexandros is and I can genuinely confirm this! THANKS A LOT for making our stay so very pleasant. :-)) We were sad when we left.

Big apartment. Ground floor in shadow which means that it is perfect for hot summer. New kitchen with all necessary things. Washing machine. Parking. Interesting neighbourhood.

Far from city centre, but not a problem if you have a car.

House has everything you need, very comfortable and location is good. Nice garden. Good communication with the person who owes the house and very helpful. It's Deffently worth going back.

Location, ease of access and nearby shops, cleanliness, spacious for a family of 4.

The apartment was clean and spacious.

The bed in the second room was very uncomfortable (it is a sofa bed but it wouldn't be a problem if it was convinient). The location was far from shops and commercial places. Very few shops around.

Alex was very kind to us and share with us his BBQ for one time, and also took us to the near zoo it was very helpfull

direction for close buses. now we know there are few buses from the neighberhood lines 101 and 17 near Mcdonalds and from the stadium to the center of the town line 13/14/11

Roomy apartment, fully furnished and with new appliances. 10 minutes from the Nicosia Mall. 30 minutes from Nicosia center (by car). Outstanding host.
