The apartment basically has everything needed, even the laundry machine and kitchen tools. The neighbourhood area is nice and clean. You basically find coffee shops, restaurants, and 24/7 convenient stores nearby.

Keep in mind that the property is not really close to the old town centre. You need to take a bus or taxi, which is somehow confusing for foreigners. For example, buses going from and going back to the centre are on a completely different street (bus line 33). Also, the apartment is not sound proof, prepare the ear plugs if you are noise sensitive as you can hear the AC compressor the whole night, also neighbours could be extremely noisy, for example, they played a heavy metal song after midnight during my stay.

The bed and the sofa not comfortable at all! They MUST be replaced. The apartment was not clean.

It was a bit too cold and we could not heat the room. It took a lot of time for warm water to come.

Good location, close to downtown, quiet neighborhood, easy self check-in, well-equipped, very helpful and kind owner, comfortable bed, clean rooms, large terrace... I can say only good things about the apartment. I highly recommend it.

Spacious one room apartment outside of the old town of Nicosia with a nice balcony. The bed was comfortable and big enough. In case of any questions the host responded always quickly. If you turned on the booster 15minutes in advance you had hot water with enough pressure (which is not always the case during winter in cyprus).

The shower cabin was really tiny and could use a renovation. Also the kitchen eqiupment was insufficient and has seen better days. The couch was not comfortable at all and the internet was average at best (as some people highlighted the speed of it).

The apartment is roomy, spotless clean and well distributed, with a balcony that has a nice view of Nicosia. The area is very, very quiet yet within walking distance of the walled city, which was the purpose of my trip. Very fast internet and comfy bed, fully equipped! Also, Marios was very responsive and attentive all the time!

I can't complain, the apartment was just what I needed and expected!
