Keinerlei persönlicher Kontakt - Schlüsselübergabe wäre ohne Handy gar nicht möglich gewesen. Als ich abends ins Studio kam, musste ich erneut anrufen, um überhaupt Licht anmachen zu können, dessen Schalter mitten im Raum ist und ohne Taschenlampe nicht auffindbar war. Wie für den Preis erwartet, war natürlich alles ziemlich alt, grundsätzlich schon geputzt, wirkte aber trotzdem nicht sauber - aber da kann ich nicht wirklich einschätzen, ob das nicht gut geputzt war oder aufgrund der allgemeinen Abnutzung so wirkte. Ich mochte jedenfalls die Dusche nicht benutzen.

Budget accommodation with good value for money. The studio is simple but spacious and has the basic appliances needed for a short stay, including a washing machine, fridge and microwave. The loft area provides additional sleeping space.

One thing to keep in mind is that the entrance door opens directly onto the street, so there can be some noise from cars. Also, the location on Google Maps points to the neighbouring building, which made it a bit confusing to find the entrance at first.
