Door handle and fridge handle were broken.

Everything is simple, but it is enough for people with minimal needs when you plan only to sleep there. Air condition works well.

Toilet flush system has small issues, needed to open it and use in "manual mode" to stop flush normally. Apartment is not suited for 190 cm tall guy like me, it was very problematic to use shower. In general, it was good enough for sleeping between our travels, but price/quality balance should be a little bit more customer friendly in my opinion - in other cities such "base level" apartments are significantly cheaper.

The rooms appeared to be tidy, though it was a little messy. We booked very last minute because booking.com said our first choice was not available (it then booked the first hotel which left us in a strange situation). The man on the end of the phone was available to guide us in, so at least they were available, he sent a text message with information on how to get into the flat.

Quite hard to find, entrance has a mattress and broken windows in the foyer. Generally a run down area very far away from the centre of the city. Had to call to get directions and entrance in for for the flat. Wasn't very clean. Beds were unmade. We left almost immediately for another hotel.
