Central location- very clean bathrooms and kitchen

Bed was a little too soft for us- opening the flat door was a little tricky … had to get the key just right to open it.

Fantastic location & value for money!

the cleanliness could improve; we also found someone’s razor head on the floor in the main bathroom, both showers leaked and the windows in the living room you could not open, we tried the fans provided but they were very temperamental and the host did not respond to a query about checkout on the number provided

Good sized bedrooms. Ready earlier than expected. Good location. Hot water and shower with some force.

Bad leak from shower which has ruined skirting and door frame. Bathroom could be cleaner. Loo seat doesn’t fit properly and loo lid won’t stay up. No plug in sink. Needs mirror (preferably full length) in second bedroom. Needs extra sockets in second bedroom.

Comfortable spacious flat in the heart of Norwich. Tea, coffee and sugar provided.

Nothing of note, though the lounge furniture is a bit tired and the TV a bit small. And sound insulation isn't great.

Convenient for the city shops and restaurants. Bedrooms at the back so quiet. Didn’t spend that long in there but it was comfortable for what we needed

The apartment was extremely clean, very spacious and excellent value for money..

The pub next door has benches under the windows at the front of the building, if anyone is smoking the smoke comes in.

No hot water for shower.
