Friendly staff,all info about staying is easy to find. Nice location,close to the city and main shops/restourants and nature sightseeings. Good parking with a roof. Rooms tidy and fresh.

Perfect location, 10 mins driving to Sölden ski resort. We went to the other resorts, Gurgl, Kühtai and Hochötz too. And the location was very convenient. You can also take the ski bus, halt is within walking distance. Very spacious apartment, clean. Sauna and spa area was really good. You can feel like home there during the stay. Kitchen is well equipped, you have everything. The CASA team is nice. They responded to my emails whenever I reached out to them regarding my questions. So communication was not a problem. The key must be collected from their another hotel. Just 2-3 mins driving , not a big deal. There are supermarkets nearby the apartment. Wide long balcony with Mountain View 😍 After a long ski day, this place is perfect to have a relaxing evening. They provided all the necessary information regarding house rules, garbage disposal and etc. so our staying at their place was very easy,enjoyable and stress free even they didn’t have in person reception.

We had to visit their another hotel for paying city tax. Since they do not have reception for this hotel I think it would be nice if they offer online payment option at least only for Rimlhof guests.

We visited in late March for skiing in Sölden and stayed in the Arnika apartment, for the price we paid the accommodation was honestly pretty good. Clean, quiet, nicely decorated, spacious, kitchen was adequately equipped. We didn't like the lighting much to be honest but that's purely personal taste. Each apartment had its own ski locker (not in the apartment) with its own ski dryer and quite some space. The wellness/sauna area was just beautiful and obviously carefully designed and cared for. Towels were provided, water, lockers, changing rooms, everything. Self check-in (but keys 25min away..). Bus station was 5 minutes away, Sölden was about a 10-20 minutes ride depending on which bus you caught, first bus was on 07:23, buses ran every 20mins or so, in general it was pretty well connected. The reception in Sölden was happy to let us leave our luggage there on the last day so we could ski a bit before departing, really kind of them. In general we can easily recommend it.

- Room is on the ground floor and directly on the (quiet admittedly) street and has little view to the surrounding mountains due to a nearby building blocking most of it, which was a shame but it is what it is. - Matress was quite soft. Some lights were not working. Internet was slow, almost unusable at times. - Ski lockers could not be locked, even though a system with a PIN etc was in place. - Steam bath, although quite nice, smelled a bit of mold. - Many plates and cups etc were dirty and still with food leftovers on them, this was quite bad, really ruined the cleanliness feeling and made us skeptical about the cleanliness overall. - Dishwasher was apparently not working which was a serious bummer. - Even though we were charged a cleaning fee we were still required to take the trash out ourselves, clean anything we used, had to pay extra if you wanted a new towel etc (10 Euros) even though we stayed almost a week, some kitchenware was already dirty, not sure what exactly the fee was for then other than a vacuum and a cleaning of the bathroom etc. Felt a bit cheap on their side. - Key handover was quite inconvenient - even though check-in was completely automated and you get the key from a key box with a code, for some reason the key box was not located at the house but rather at a different location 25 minutes away on foot. This was really inconvenient if you arrive by public transport like we did - either you'd have to walk 25+25 minutes with all your luggage on, or take a bus to and from the location, which costed 4.30+4.30 Euros and might still take about the same time since after 17:30-18:00 buses don't run as often, there were maybe 1 or 2 per hour. Still not sure why they wouldn't just put the key box where the house is like everybody else does. - Even to pay the local tax etc nobody would come to collect it, you had to personally take the trouble and travel to their locations, either where the key box was or to Sölden town.

The fact that they gave me soap and shampoo for one day when I stayed a week. They tried to charge me for 2 people for city tax, adn I paid extra even though i informed them I'm leaving earlier. Spammed me with 30 emails

Close to Sölden, great sauna, covered parking, spacious comfortable apartment.

Local tax had to be paid at a different location in Längenfeld and it is not possible to leave the luggage in the house at the day of the departure as there is no reception there.
