location is good, private parking

the property is not 43m2 but actually ~25. Which was main thing choosing this property. We came with 1,5 year child, the floor was cold as ice.17degrees, and 10 at the balcony,which is called as "bedroom 2" . irt might be using as a bedroom only at summertime.After turing heating at maximum we needed 24 hours to wait temperature seek 19 degrees. The floor mostly works only at bathroom...Entire property is semi- basement.The view is only car wheels or somebodys leg. Part of the heating machine is at the kichen at it works really noisy.. Kitchen: omg what a fool i've been when decided to bake omlelet....frying pan was broken and sooo dirty and scratchy🤦🏻‍♀️and the sponge was so dirty ( can't believe,that was not changed for long long time). For the same price we had options closer to the center with the normal view,parking, clean and fresh... and the last thing: pet friendly and no charges...But i was asked about the dog's breed, so it turned out that for german shepherd is ~21 euros more.But as it was written no charges, the owner "accepted " not to charge if we won't leave any hair😁🤷🏻‍♀️ .... we left one day earlier.And left many hair too(hoover wasn't working...) p.s. we did not use a cot that we asked,besides its free.And its mouldy.. If you have an allergy better not choose this wonderful place.

Good facilities, lovely apartment, 10 min walk to the beach, 5 min to the shops

Car parking is difficult if you wish to use your car regularly. Best thing to do is park up and walk everywhere whilst you're there
