Villa Grande - Apartmány

The beautiful facilities in our room, definitely felt like a villa in Italy, and we were able to enjoy the pool twice. Customer service was excellent and very friendly as well- above and beyond for our comfort. We really enjoyed getting to know the amazing historic beautiful town of Olomouc.

Unfortunately, hot water ran out on the first night and didn’t come back on the next morning.

My parents have stayed at many places in Olomouc when coming to visit me, and they had the most comfortable stay by far. Clean and comfy in a great location.

A bit of a nitpick, but you should provide a full set of pillows and duvets for both beds no matter what, even if there are only 2 guests. It doesn't cost anything and makes it look a lot more organised.

Spacious apartment and very clean. Poll was clean and area well maintained.

The internet is slow. The TV was big although no satellite channels. The beds were very comfortable although the pillows could be bigger. Kitchen was good although no toaster. Make sure you confirm the breakfast before arrival.

The Villa is pretty amazing, it was much bigger than expected and the bathroom looks royal! There's even a swimming pool that looks great but we didn't have the time to use it unfortunately.

We appreciated everything, no bad points for Villa Grande :)
