Location and size was great, perfect for solo traveling.

It's above some bars though so it can get loud in the evenings

The location is great, the apartment has everything for a short stay.

There are a few improvements to be made, in terms of accessories for the stay. Fridays and Saturdays evenings might be loud because of the bars and pubs downstairs

Location however you’ll never sleep it’s so loud non stop party downstairs

Old nasty mattress. Broken old futon won’t close. Building is crumbling, managers not flexible or available. Basic things like the TV don’t work. Bugs that bite are in room. Thin old sheets blankets and pillows. Zero service for customers. Stairs with broken handrails.

The location is absolutely perfect for a short stay in Palermo. There are great bars and restaurants under 5 minutes from the accommodation. Based on a side street not one of the extremely busy and touristy ones. Gorgeous view from the windows and the little balcony is perfect for a morning coffee before you head off to explore the city. It's worth to keep in mind it gets a little noisy day and night as just outside there is a post sorting office and a bar, however closed windows were able to mute the sound very well.

Some of the furnitures in the apartment are a little bit outdated and the material from the headboard was peeling off and crumbling all over the bed.

The facility is within walking distance to central places.

Car parking is quite problematic. The parking lot offered by the facility is one of the most expensive parking lots in the city. Apart from that, the places they recommend on the street are quite dangerous for your car. No one from the staff comes to greet you face to face. Sometimes they do not answer the phone when you call them. The street in front of the facility can also be problematic in terms of security.

Location is great and really close to all the main areas. Excellent Communication with the host.

The apartment was big and the bed was comfortable. But it wasn’t very clean. It should be improved. A few things in the bathroom should be replaced.
