If you're looking for a budget option in very pricey Opatija, this might be the place. It is tiny and in the ground floor but clean.

The owners were a bit complicated about parking so make sure to communicate things about it beforehand.

-Air conditioner cools the room very quickly -Bus stop is near the apartment -Sea view from window -Comfy bed -Very kind host -Shop nearly -Sandwich maker in the kitchen (we loved it) -There are many beaches within walking distance -Private garage on street level

-The only closet has no shelves so we could not pack out from our bags -You can hear the neighbours through the walls

Super friendly host! He even let me use the garage, which wasn't included with the studio, and was always available to help. Also, the location itself is very good - 5 minutes to the water, provided you can walk stairs well, which is especially important for older people.

The noise of the street, but which you can avoid if you keep the window closed (which is not a problem as there is also air conditioning).

Located in a villa building, a very nice garden, a view of the sea from the terrace, a separate small garden part is attached to the apartment, a comfortable, well-equipped renovated apartment.

You cannot park in the garage with a large car, but you can park in the area next to the garage that belongs to the property.

Property was clean, comfortable, and had everything you needed dishes, cutlery, kettle. Nice yard and garden. Free parking on site. Close to the sea and Lungomare Costal Promenade. It had a lovely little table and two chairs to sit at outside the door. Hostess was accommodating.

It was very noisy outside. Hard to enjoy the nice yard, garden and seating area for the road traffic, major construction and gaunt boring machine on one side and a fellow cutting tiles outside on the other.
