Appartamento pulitissimo con una camera da letto con aria condizionata e un soggiorno con angolo cottura ben rifornito. I proprietari discreti ma disponibilissimi con accoglienza gradita di acqua, caffe, pasta, salsa, latte, biscotti (fantastici!). Grande terrazzo gradevole per cene estive. io e la mia famiglia siamo stati benissimo! Parcheggio su strada facilmente reperibile. Per la spiaggia occorre prendere la macchina (a pochi minuti); lì si può usare un parcheggio comunale che i proprietari vi indicheranno (insieme a consigli su posti dove cenare). Consigliato.

Proprietario veramente di cuore. Gentilissimo e super disponibile. Casa spaziosa con ampio terrazzo. Si trova abbastanza rapidamente il posto parcheggio nei pressi della struttura.

Qualche utensile mancante e box doccia piccolo

Ottima organizzazione e spazi perfetti per una famiglia. La terrazza grande permette non solo di mangiare fuori ma anche di avere uno spazio aggiuntivo utile per godersi il relax o stendere i panni dopo essere tornati dal mare.

It has a terrace enabling you to sit outside at the rooftop level. Immaculately clean and tidy. Savartore, the host, was friendly and informative. You can walk to the sea front in Mondello within 15 minutes. It is easier to take the bus into Palermo at €1.80 per person than to take a car and pay for parking. Buses run regularly, even on a Sunday.

There are no negatives but usual narrow street with parking on either side outside the property. Some might see as tight.

The host waited us on arrival. He gave us a warm welcome and explanation on the accomodation and the surroundings. He was so friendly and was always reachable for questions. The accomodation itself was amazing. There was a lot of space, everything was clean. Everything was there to have a nice stay for a few days.

The kitchen was rather small (e.g. few space to cut the veggies or to put some utensils). The key to open the front door was attached to the key to to use electricity, which is quite inconvenient when one person leaves and the other stays home.
