"Nice apartment and very close to the beach and nice restaurants."

The place was walking distance to the beach. The facilities were nice and modern.

The check-in was difficult as the owners were not around when we arrived.

"Exceptional"

Location is superb. 5 minute walk to the nearest store or bakery or market. Also 5 minute walk to a kid playground and a nice 10 minute walk to the beach. The place itself was spottles clean and comfy. There is good wifi, a nice fridge, and air conditioning. The host was very nice and gave good instructions and was always ready to help. Will consider this option thenext time I'll be in Opatija.

"Superb"

Spacious apartment, well equipped and excellent location. The hosts were so helpful and gave excellent advice on restaurants and local activities.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. We probably would prefer a more private balcony had it been a summer break.

"Disappointing"

Hard mattress on bed, which is a plus for us.

Biggest problem - persistent smell of burned kitchen oil in the apartment, if you leave the windows in the main room open. There is a restaurant kitchen next to these windows. The apartment is overall dark since windows are facing north side. Shower is rather controversial. Electric stove is hard to use. Edit after the apartment owner reply: - Quality in your case is barely measured in years of experience, especially after I see you accusing me of lies. - Added some google maps and street view screenshots with annotation as proof of my words. - Additional notice: somewhy admins only added one of my photos, but if anyone is curious, just go ahead and look at the street view to see, that restaurant vents are ~10 meters away from apartment windows.
