Very large and comfortable bedrooms; the host was very helpful and friendly; beautiful views; clean, quiet.

Livingroom was somewhat small to entertain 8 people

We spent our Christmas holidays with two families in Marlene and Gunnar's apartment. The composition of the apartment allowed us to have family privacy while still being together. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious and have been modernized with premium materials. The apartment has magnificent views over the village and the valley, thanks to its elevated location on the mountain. Make sure to rent a locker for your ski gear at the Seceda lift, there is a ski bus but if you miss it, the 12 minute walk is steep :) Marlene and Gunnar are excellent and communicative hosts, they also organize a bread/breakfast delivery service, which is very practical. We would definitely recommend this place !

Some basics like coffee - for a short stay like ours, coming from another country - would have made the stay even better!

From the host(ess) to the facility to the location--great great great. So glad we booked here! The unit is large and very accomodating. The showers were awesome and so was the heating stove. It is very close to the shops and restaurants of Ortisei...even closer to lift Seceda. But also easily walkable to lift Mont Seuc (Seizer Alm). Rent bikes, hike, shop and eat. It was one of the best places we've stayed in our 6 week journey. Very large with very separate bedrooms and showers in the 4-person unit. The waterfall/creek runs next to the kitchen and patio. Another treat! We stayed in Cortina, too...but this joint rocked for reals.

For some, the walk up the hill to the unit might be cumbersome. For others, not so much.
