We loved our stay! It far surpassed our expectations. The 2-BR apartment was gorgeous with amazing views off of the balcony. It's a short walk to the restaurants and the gondolas, no car required. Monica was wonderful host, breakfast was perfection, and the wellness/spa area was such a treat! We stayed in late September and somehow had it all to ourselves. It was a great experience all around. We can't wait to return.

Near the highway vary noisy when open the windows and very expensive as facilities available

Short walk to all restaurants and shops, as well as the cable track to seceda and seiser alm. I.e. no need to get your car out of the garage (free private parking at the accomodation). View of a beautiful yard, beautiful room, relaxing spa and very good breakfast. However, most importantly a great host that is both very welcoming and helpful.

The location , cleanliness , facilities , the view & the residence beautiful garden the owner Monika had been always there for any concerns & recommendation & she was very friendly taking initiatives for recommendation & making things easy for us

I would just prefer the toilets to be inside the rooms(or at least one)

Amazing apartment, everything was so nice and very clean and new. Also it’s huge. Staff very friendly and nice, even when came late the lady was there and contacted us and helped us so much. Absolutely, I will back again & again.
