Puiki vieta - jūra už kelių minučių kelio. Malonūs šeimininkai.

Buvome jau ne pirmą kartą, bet po ilgo laiko. Ir nuliūdome, nes viskas nudėvėta. Studijai reiktų kosmetinio remonto (tapetai apiplyšę, durys nusilupusios, virtuvės kranas kliba), sutepti visų durų vyrius, nes nesvarbu kurios durys - wc ar spintos, girgžda ir cypia. Kai lauke karšta, kambaryje šiltnamis. Virtuvėlėje nėra vietos pasigaminti elementarų maistą, šaldytuve blogas kvapas. Dušo kabina mažytė, visa kliba. Lova girgždanti ir per vidurį įdubusi. Gyvenant pirmame aukšte, girdisi kiekvienas antro aukšto gyventojų žingsnis.

"Puiki lokacija ir jauki aplinka"

Malonūs šeimininkai, jauki, privati vieta. Kambarys turėjo viską ko reikėjo, buvo švaru, jauku ir ramu. Puikiai tiks ir šeimoms su mažais vaikais, parūpinta lovytė buvo puiki, aplinka nebuvo triukšminga. Automobilis taip pat buvo paliktas saugiai. Didžiausias privalumas - atstumas iki jūros ir pagrindinės gatvės, viskas pasiekiama per kelias minutes, kas yra labai aktualu šeimoms su mažesniais vaikais.

Lova nebuvo itin patogi ir girgždėjo.
